What is Food Coaching?

Food coaching is Tanya Kotsopoulos HOM, Holistic Nutritionist, working one-on-one with you to help you connect to our body and nature using wholefoods and fermentation methods.

 

The coaching session is an hour in length and personalized to your current health needs.  Based on your needs assessment Tanya will develop a personalized plan which may include:

  • Preparing food: In kitchen demonstrations

  • Shopping: grocery tours, buying quality produce

  • Food relationship: developing sensory awareness around wholefoods

  • Food Education: Learning about the impact food has in the body

  • Recipes: taking away a new repertory of recipes that are delicious and good for you
